Steve Van Dorpe

Mr. Van Dorpe currently serves as Senior Vice President of Development and Construction for Silverstone Healthcare Company, LLC (SHC) and its affiliate, Silverstone Senior Living, LLC (Silverstone). Prior to joining Silverstone, Mr. Van Dorpe was Vice President at Westminster Ingleside Group (WING), providing program development, project design and entitlement oversight, construction supervision, and property management services for Ingleside Engaged Living, their regional CCRC properties, and other Senior Living communities. Dur-ing his tenure with WING, Steve was responsible for two separate and complex senior living campus expansion projects comprised of 879,000 GSF, 7 new buildings, 341 units (IL/AL/MC/SN), including resident customizations and move-ins. Prior to joining WING, Steve was responsible for the development and construction of numerous hospitality, retail and mixed-use properties with The Donohoe Companies and JBG Rosenfeld Retail. In total, Mr. Van Dorpe has successfully delivered nearly $900M in project asset value.

Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University, College of Earth and Mineral Sciences, and is a current member of The D.C. Preservation League, and COAA.
