Denny Alberts Chairman Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Alberts currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Silverstone Healthcare Company, LLC (SHC) and its affiliate, Silverstone Senior Living, LLC (Silverstone). Prior to joining Silverstone, Mr. Alberts served as President, Chief Operating Officer and Trustee of Crescent Real Estate Equities, Inc., a NYSE publicly traded REIT. Mr. Alberts was responsible for all investments, asset management and financial aspects of the company. Crescent owned, developed, and operated over $4 billion in office properties. Mr. Alberts also managed Crescent’s residential business which totaled over $1 billion in assets. He was also responsible for Crescent’s $1 billion resort/hotel business. Crescent was sold to Morgan Stanley in August 2007 for $6.5 billion. Prior to joining Crescent, Mr. Alberts served as the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Retail Trust, a privately held REIT. Over a seven-year period, Mr. Alberts built the company into a preeminent neighborhood grocery-anchored shopping center company in the western United States with 80 shopping centers valued at over $1.5 billion. Pacific Retail Trust was sold to Regency Centers (NYSE: REG) in 1999. Mr. Alberts also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Rosewood Property Company, a $1 billion office, residential, resort/hotel, retail and land development company. In addition, Mr. Alberts served as President and Managing Partner of Trammell Crow Residential Company, which was the largest multifamily and residential land development company in the United States. Prior to joining Trammell Crow, Mr. Alberts served as Executive Vice President of InterFirst Bank in Dallas. Mr. Alberts graduated cum laude with a B.S. and M.B.A. from the University of Missouri.

Mr. Sheppard currently serves as Vice Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Silverstone Healthcare Company, LLC (SHC) and its affiliate, Silverstone Senior Living, LLC (Silverstone). Prior to joining Silverstone, Mr. Sheppard served as Managing Director of JP Morgan Investment Management and has served as both portfolio manager and acquisition manager for the past seventeen years. While at JPMIM, Mr. Sheppard established multi-year relationships with major real estate investment/development companies that produced several billion dollars in joint venture investments. Mr. Sheppard’s duties included portfolio management, investments, underwriting, structuring, due diligence and closings. He also managed a team of asset management, accounting, marketing, research and legal professionals. For the past five years, Mr. Sheppard invested significantly in senior housing focused on assisted living and memory care. Prior to joining JPMIM, Mr. Sheppard served as Vice President of Real Estate Banking at Bankers Trust. While at Bankers Trust, Mr. Sheppard managed a professional team providing investment banking, mortgage lending, project financing and investment sales services for thirteen years. Mr. Sheppard graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Architecture and a Masters in Architecture from Princeton University.

Mr. Porter currently serves as the President and CFO of Silverstone Healthcare Company, LLC (SHC) and its affiliate, Silverstone Senior Living, LLC (Silverstone). Prior to joining Silverstone, Mr. Porter served as Treasurer of DynCorp International responsible for debt financing, banking relationships, global cash management, risk management and investor relations. Prior to joining DynCorp, Mr. Porter served 10 years as Managing Director and Co-CFO of Crescent Real Estate Equities. While at Crescent, Mr. Porter raised over $4.5 billion in debt and equity. He was a key member of the negotiating team involved in selling Crescent to Morgan Stanley Real Estate. Prior to joining Crescent, Mr. Porter served as Senior Vice President of investor relations for the Associates First Capital Corporation in Las Colinas, TX. Mr. Porter has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s degree in finance from the University of North Texas.

Prior to joining Silverstone, Mr. Zeiller served as Executive Vice President of Westbrook Properties in Washington, DC, responsible for the residential investments in the Mid-Atlantic region, including acquisitions, entitlements, development and construction of assets. Prior to joining Westbrook, Mr. Zeiller served as Regional Vice President for Crescent Resources, LLC, where he was responsible for the entitlement, design and development for Potomac Yard, a 300-acre, mixed-use, urban infill project located in Arlington and Alexandria, VA. Mr. Zeiller led the effort to approve the master plan for the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington, DC. Prior to joining Crescent, Mr. Zeiller served seven years in the general contracting industry where he successfully completed the construction of commercial office, multi-family and industrial projects. Mr. Zeiller brings over 21 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry to Silverstone. Mr. Zeiller graduated with a BS in Building Construction from Virginia Tech University and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Ms. McAdam currently serves as Senior Vice President, Asset Management and Development for Silverstone Healthcare Company, LLC (SHC) and its affiliate, Silverstone Senior Living, LLC (Silverstone). Prior to joining Silverstone, Ms. McAdam served as Senior Vice President for Inland American Communities, responsible for development and operations for over 20 urban in-fill and mixed use multi-family communities throughout Texas, Georgia and Alabama. Additional responsibilities included development coordination, operations and training for 12 student housing communities in California, Florida, Philadelphia, and Arizona. Prior to joining Inland American Communities, Ms. McAdam served as Senior Area Vice President for Post Properties in Dallas, Texas for twelve years. While at Post Properties, Ms. McAdam was responsible for development coordination, lease-up operations and stabilized operations for 6,700 apartment homes in Texas, Colorado, and California. Ms. McAdam has a Bachelor’s degree from University of Texas – Dallas.

Prior to joining Forrester, Mr. Hart served as Senior Project Manager for Clark Construction Group, LLC, where he was responsible for the construction of commercial office, multi-family, and infrastructure projects. Mr. Hart brings over 16 years of experience in the construction industry to SHC. Prior to joining SRP, Mr. Young was in the Washington, D.C. market with national apartment developer JPI, and previously with The JBG Companies focused on large mixed-use developments. In these roles Mr. Young oversaw $450 million of development, including high-density developments with complex entitlements in challenging jurisdictions. Mr. Young started his career in Dallas with Crow Holdings supporting the underwriting and due diligence needs of the company’s private equity funds across all real estate asset classes and was later responsible for hotel acquisitions and asset management. Jason obtained his B.B.A. in real estate finance from Southern Methodist University.

Prior to EDS, Ms. Schuster was the Controller for the MTech ATM division (MPact). Ms. Schuster holds a Bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin University and is a CPA and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
