Steffen Schwartz

Mr. Schwartz currently serves as Vice President of Finance for Silverstone Healthcare Company, LLC (SHC) and its affiliate, Silverstone Senior Living, LLC (Silverstone). Prior to joining Silverstone, Mr. Schwartz spent time with Greystone Communities and Caddis Healthcare Real Estate, national senior housing developers. During that time, Mr. Schwartz led efforts in market research, development planning, underwriting, and financing of senior housing assets throughout the United States totaling over $1.0B in project capitalization. Further, he performed asset management duties including operational oversight and financial analysis on over a dozen operating assets.

Mr. Schwartz started his career at Ernst & Young in the Financial Services Office where he provided audit and consulting services for a variety of clients. Mr. Schwartz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in both Finance and Accounting as well as a Master of Accountancy from Texas Tech University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Texas.
