Nate Salisbury

Mr. Salisbury currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Silverstone Healthcare Company, LLC (SHC) and its affiliate, Silverstone Senior Living, LLC (Silverstone). Mr. Salisbury has been an operations leader for over 15 years in the senior living realm. He brings well-versed experience in long-term care including, continuing care retirement communities, independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing-rehab centers. Mr. Salisbury has led sales, operations, business development efforts and the development and launch of a Medicare Advantage Plan supporting thousands of seniors.

Mr. Salisbury holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Additionally, Mr. Salisbury is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, by the Board of Long-Term Care Administrators and is a Certified Director of Assisted Living, by the Senior Living Certification Commission. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Virginia Assisted Living Association, where Mr. Salisbury is engaged as an advocate for seniors working with the Virginia General Assembly and the U.S. Congress to promote awareness and education on behalf of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
