HarborChase Senior Residences Goes Purple for Alzheimer’s Association

HarborChase of the Park Cities, a luxury senior residence, recently partnered with the Alzheimer’s Association to host a “Go Purple” fundraising event to raise money and awareness.

Guests enjoyed music by Dallas-based musician Mike Perkins. Food included Thai chicken skewers, gourmet grilled sliders, an assortment of cheeses and the community’s signature cocktail, the purple dragon. A silent auction was also held with items donated from local businesses.

HarborChase hosted the event to raise money to help researchers find a cure for Alzheimer’s disease, the sixth leading cause of death in the United States. The cause was important to team members, as they regularly care for residents living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
