PRESS RELEASE: Silverstone Senior Living Announces Partnership with Chiron Real Estate on Three Senior Living Communities

Strategic agreement supports continued operational excellence across The Landing Alexandria, The Riviera at Alexandria, and The Pinnacle North Bethesda

Dallas, TX (May 6, 2026) — Silverstone Senior Living today confirmed that affiliates of the company have entered into agreements with Chiron Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: XRN) for the acquisition of three of its luxury senior living communities for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $425 million. Silverstone will continue to play an active oversight role in the operations of the communities, with Greystone continuing as third-party manager.

The communities included in the agreements are The Landing Alexandria and The Riviera at Alexandria in Alexandria, Virginia, and The Pinnacle in North Bethesda, Maryland.
