Two of the nation’s leading senior living experts, Silverstone Senior Living and Watermark Retirement Communities have collaborated to bring boutique senior living rooted in hospitality and integrated wellness to the Washington, D.C. area. These stunning properties offer features and amenities not typically found in assisted living communities and provide personalized service, care, and innovative programming focused on renewal, rather than retirement.
The Élite Collection
Dallas-based Silverstone entered the Washington market in 2018 with three ground up developments in Fairfax, Rockville, and Alexandria, representing a $250 million investment. Tucson-based Watermark Retirement Communities, known for its impeccable service, innovative care, and pioneering programming, will manage the properties offering assisted living, memory care and independent living options.

The Landing, situated steps away from the Potomac River in the new collective area called National Landing, opens in early 2022 and will be the first community to offer independent living in addition to assisted living and memory care. Private studio, one- and two-bedroom residences are available on a monthly rental basis with no long-term commitment. Apartments feature modern kitchenettes, high-end appliances, upscale finishes, tall ceilings, and ample natural light. Some include a private balcony.
